The rigid metal handle allows you to utilize the fast progressive drag system’s 40 lbs of fish-stopping power to its full extent. Designed for maximum durability against corrosion, the Surf 8K features a Hydro Block gasket to protect the drag system, while the proprietary Cyclonic Flow Rotor Technology ushers all excess moisture out of the reel’s housing with a cyclone-like airflow.
